Description

  1. MongoDB split vector is not working in Atlas case.

  2. We might need a proper time based working strategy.

Steps to reproduce

Run OLake with source being mongodb atlas

Expected behavior

should sync as usual

Actual behavior

error occurs as atlas does not support splitVector strategy
