Separate innovation lecture from growth lecture #12

I think there should be one lecture on innovation itself. It is a micro thing so putting it with growth is not ideal I think; you'd go straight to technology shocks in DSGE (at worse), or Griliches/Jorgenson/Hall-Mohnen-Mairesse returns to R&D literature (at best). Of course you would want to cover Romer Lucas Aghion-Howitt but how is that specific to complexity economics? Historically people thinking about innovation systems were the ones pushing for complexity ideas. It's sometimes a bit too soft and there are some pretty bad things, but Cristiano Antonelli, Koen Frenken and Gerald Silverberg have a few things that may be worth including.
