White team score directly related to team inject submission

Would be great to integrate scoring directly into the inject forms. An admin view, with a user-unique and white-team-shared, table similar to above.

I should be able to directly add and see which team I"m adding a score for to mitigate mixing scores or missing injects

white team lead should be able to see my work to verify I completed all items successfully

another white team member should have a unique table in the same inject so they can also submit a score that will later be averaged
