Description
During normal course of events, it's common to need to perform manual scoring adjustments for teams that have a failed check that's the fault of hardware failures, human error, or otherwise unexpected circumstances. These require the admin to make adjustments by performing manual SQL queries to change data. It would be preferred if there were some utility in the admin interface to perform these scoring adjustments. This seems like a large risk, but possibly better than asking ssh access for each admin to be able to modify the database directly. Possibly an admin only API to be able to script this out to manually set a check's status to true or false.
