环境：微信小程序
手机：小米8
uni-swipe-action版本：更新日期：2021-06-17 版本：1.1.10
插件地址：https://ext.dcloud.net.cn/plugin?id=181

uni-swipe-action 滑动操作子元素中包含image标签无法正常滑动在微信开发者工具中可以正常滑动操作。
但是实机操作中就无法滑动。当图片作为背景图片时也是时好时坏的

确认 bug , image 的渲染确实是会影响 swipe-action 的滑出，需要看看怎么优化这个问题
