Add blacklist for add-ons

Some add-ons may not be useful (if they are forks without changes). We should be able to filter them out.

Describe your solution

1. Add a file, where we can add the add-ons we want to remove from the site
2. Remove the add-ons from this file on deploy here https://github.com/ddev/addon-registry/blob/main/go/main.go
