[Bug]: Not picking up deco apps tool

Describe the bug

AI tried to integrate slack (from the deco app) with an agent, I put in the token and teamID and it was successful, then I asked it to list the tools and it lists them correctly, but if I go to Test Integration and refresh it, it still only shows the 2 initial tools. I tested the agent, but it can't generate anything. This is happening for the figma integration tools (also from deco apps).

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an integration with the deco provider
2. Try listing the tools for testing integrations
3. And notice that it doesn't list the tools
4. See error
