Missing the 256 block after vote, unlocked, non spendable state for DCR

After a ticket casts its vote we must wait 256 blocks for those funds to become spendable. During this time Decrediton doesn't have a good way to inform the user about the state. Currently, this non spendable DCR is shown as the discrepancy between the locked and total balance.

Instead of giving this state a name in the interface we could just consider it part of the lock period. Funds are not spendable. Sure feels locked to me. The spendable timer could exist next to the voted ticket under 'My tickets'.
