[export] Reported discrepancy between summed exported amounts and balance

User is reporting a small difference (~0.01) on a heavily used wallet between the summed amounts of the Transaction export and the amount shown as the Current total balance on the Overview.

They claim it's been off "since 1.4"

I believe the issue may be related to having live legacy VSP tickets are essentially not yet debited but are accounted for in the total balance.
