Cant Find GPU because of the Tensorflow version(2.10)

Faceswap just supported2.10 Tensorflow
but the newest NVIDA framework and CUDA and CUDNN is not supported on this old version tensorflow
so
My CUDA version is 12.x because my Nvida framework Version is 572.16
but , 2.10 tensorflow need 11.x CUDA which I cant download frameworkAPI which it supported

I dont know why faceswap just supported 2.10 version of tensorflow , but it cant find my GPu
