rhog_symmetry runs extremely slow on Z100 DCU

Details

When I was testing ABACUS on Dongfang supercomputer ( uses Z100 DCU as accelerator ) using case Si256 in LCAO, I found it extremely slow.

According to the time statistics, the function rhog_symmetry takes extremely long time. I've never spotted the same problem before.

symmetry should be close with large cell, the time of it related with the number of grid points.
