Write post installation integration tests for the SDK

Currently we only have unit and end to end tests for the SDK. We should have some integration tests that live in the SDK repo but execute against the fully installed SDK. We will most likely want to make some changes to the Gradle plugin to do this.

Test cases:

• A plugin created by init can immediately be built and uploaded
• The plugin runner created by init can be eval'd without generating the definition modules

Integration tests should also include tests to check for bad module and bad entry point specified in the plugin_config.yml file (entryPoint field)
