House steward/manager and whoever else need a way to track both equipment owned by the fraternity as well as food and supplies.
Having this information would allow work orders to be tied to some tangible object whose status is tracked.
Also, maybe a checkout system for borrowing house property?

Example 1: all toilet seats in the house could be a record, and if a particular one broke, the specific one could be tracked.
Example 2: whenever something runs out, we can tie a work order to it and then track which resources are used most or whatever is of interest.
