List of members filterable by semester.

Information displayed for each member:

Whether or not courses have been reported
- Tooltip showing all semesters they've been in school that are missing courses
- Use the following categories for Spring/Fall:
  - Full-time: 12+ hours
  - 3/4 Time: 9-11 hours
  - Half-time: 6-8 hours
  - Needs Courses: < 6 hours
- Use the following categories for Summer:
  - Full-time: 6+ hours
  - 3/4 Time: 4-5 hours
  - Half-time: 3 hours
  - Needs Courses: < 3 hours

Extra features needed to make this happen:

Add Semester FK representing their first semester in school to Members table (nullable).
