Improve example styling #6

Hey there, huge fan of the app! I love the look of the actual Dendron site, but with the example template site it feels like a lot of the elegant simplicity was lost in translation.
As you can recognize, the real site looks amazing:
But the template site looks a lot different:
There is black text on a dark gray background with navy and ocean blue accents, no favicon, no right side menu, and a "Page last modified" element that looks a lot less elegant than the real thing.
I'm a huge fan of the project and I've convinced several other people to try it out, all of whom have loved it. But in my opinion, hedging up the shortcomings of the template and the linked site would do wonders for individuals who are interested in trying out the project for themselves to display their notes as a website.
