  • draw stroked arc only

  • accept any start and finish angle
• Add #rounded_rectangle by drawing 3 inner rectangles + 4 90 degree arcs for corners
• Allow #ellipse to set an inclination angle
• Support variable width bitmap fonts
• Support drawing arbitrary bitmaps
