User Story

As an application developer or an ML engineer who wants to develop AI solutions I'd like to have a starting point where I can develop ML/AI applications within the kubernetes and OpenShift Environments.

Create a general Python AI stack to use for the general starting point for AI projects. This would include different implementations as separate starter projects with their own technologies installed via the compiled requirements.txt file.

The stack would consist of general commands which can be reused across all starter projects, i.e. launching the JupyterLab server to work with ipynb notebooks.

• Create publication of quay.io/devfile/ai-tools image for devfile registry stacks #1577
• Create Tensorflow v2 starter project and source repository #1582
• Create PyTorch starter project and source repository #1583
• Create FastAI starter project and source repository #1584
• Find an icon to use for the Python AI stack #1575
• Create Python AI stack entry #1585
