@tehlowkeywiz

Description

@tehlowkeywiz

The first time we compile the contract in ICE, we're getting a bunch of warnings:

% ./compile.sh
Compiling
Warning, empty ricardian clause file
Warning, empty ricardian clause file
Warning, action <addpool> does not have a ricardian contract
Warning, action <addidea> does not have a ricardian contract
Warning, action <castvote> does not have a ricardian contract
Warning, action <addpool> does not have a ricardian contract
Warning, action <addidea> does not have a ricardian contract
Warning, action <castvote> does not have a ricardian contract

@maoueh was suggesting that we could add the ricardian clauses to remove the warning.
