Notes from working doc

  • Global Drug Regulatory Resources - d1 - in progress ← list of some global regulatory organizations we briefly started investigating for regbot back in September. Not comprehensive of the world, but some starting looks at data availability and method of access
  • Chembl displays a global maximum approval value in the form of a Max Phase value (think clinical trial phases). It is not easy (possible?) to identify globally where that max phase is from.
  • Going through the spreadsheet, I imagine it would be possible to grab data from MHRA (UK), EMA (Europe), TGA (Australia, access approval required though), and Health Canada
  • EMA provides both approval data and orphan drug designation in its download
  • HSA (Singapore) and Ministry of Health (New Zealand) might also be possible, but a lot of effort
  • MFDS (South Korea) has data, but access approval looked tricky
  • PMDA (Japan) has data for this, but it is a 185 page PDF
  • NMPA (China). Couldn’t figure out how to search the database for this information. hemonc.org maintains a list here: https://hemonc.org/wiki/Category:NMPA_approved_drugs
  • CDSCO (India). https://cdscoonline.gov.in/CDSCO/Drugs
