Came up while digging into a user request relating to this drug. Not sure what's going on.

looks like two separate concepts with the same primary label were formed somehow? grouping issue maybe?

Yeah, it appears there's no xref between this group, so the interaction supplied by GtoP is getting associated with the latter group and the others go to the former.
