The tests in py-nilsimsa/nilsimsa/test.py are pytest tests: https://docs.pytest.org/

However, I haven't run these tests in quite some time. If you find an issue with running them, please give me more information about the failure.

sorry i was just confused about how to run the program to test the algorithm. not unit tests.
