This will be done in #4073, where you can now override colors in the config file. |

This might have to do with documentation on how to set up overrides in the config file? |

Description
It can be difficult and "scary" to be the designer that also have to update and manage the theme-repo for your organisation. You may need to update maybe once every 2-3 months and your dependencies and versions are outdated. You only use terminal-codes at these times and do not remember anything. You are also worried that if you do update, your overrides on some colors may be overwritten.
Is there easier methods for 1 updating your theme in your own repo? and 2 ways to make overrides less worrisome?
( relates to #4089 )
