Text on "Browse Cars" Button Becomes Invisible in Bright Mode

🐞 Bug Description

In Bright Mode, the text on the green "Browse Cars" button becomes invisible when hovered.
The hover effect changes the button background/text color in a way that reduces contrast, making the label unreadable.

📍 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'HOME'
2. HOVER ON BROWSE CAR BUTTON
3. See error

✅ Expected Behavior

it should be visible even after hover

I have already worked on this issue and raised pr for both 28 and #29 but you have not considered this one why? do i need to raise the another pr?
