Error opening block database.

On komodod dev branch it failed with a message:

: Error opening block database.

error in HDD data, might just need to update to latest, if that doesnt work, then you need to resync

int debug.log: IO error: lock /Users/dimxy/Library/Application Support/Komodo/notarisations/LOCK: Resource temporarily unavailable

After start again the error did not appear.
Before the first start I called komodo-cli stop
So komodod was in mem and the file lock was not released?

In addition: after the start after the error there were PoW errors:

Maybe this is related to the db error above although it looks like the db was not corrupted, only a lock problem (not sure)
