Missing audio track when using HLS media playlist

maybe after this pull: #58
in Main branch, when use shaka-player with HLS, only video track, and no audio track. got segment like seg-1-v1.ts
in v1.x branch, work fine for audio/video. will get segment like seg-1-v1-a1.ts
but for dash, audio/video also work fine.

any config we need to get HLS work for both audio/video in shaka-player?

What you're hitting is expected: the muxed path was removed from main in favor of demuxed. It does add some manifest overhead for the single MP4 case, but you get a lot more flexibility around multi audio/video variants, independent bitrates, and per rendition DRM, which felt like the right tradeoff.

Shaka needs the multivariant playlist to discover and sync both renditions. My guess is you're pointing at the media playlist (vod_hls_index_file_name_prefix). Point it at the multivariant playlist instead (vod_hls_master_file_name_prefix, defaults to master.m3u8) and you should be good.

One heads up on branches:

• main is nightly, I'm actively landing breaking changes. If you do need to track it, consider pinning to a specific commit.
• For anything production-ish, I recommend the tags. They're immutable, and I backport non-breaking changes to v1.x and cut new tags from there.

Ok. I see. I'll using branch v1.x.
And in v1.x branch, still have HLS aes-128 (it was removed from main branch).
But when I enable it, it will require vod_drm_enabled, it should work without vod_drm_enabled.

bypass the check for aes-128, then it will work.
