  • adds REQUEST_PROXY_TICKET_REFRESH command
  • adds ProxyTokenMonitor class to monitor when a token needs refreshing
  • when enabled via configuration, performs automatic refreshing of token by
    • calls command requestProxyTicketRefresh for new ticket
    • exchanges ticket for token with proxy
