How to deal with object type data (instead of id,name field).

The data I received from api is in below format:

"Races":{"I":"AMER. INDIAN","A":"ASIAN","B":"BLACK","H":"HISPANIC","O":"OTHER","W":"WHITE"}

As we can see, it does not have id or name field. If this is the case then how can we use Races data for select box?
