How do you let the framework generate the password initially and use that as the stable going forward?

I know when using persistent volumes for things that we need to provide stable passwords, but what I'd like to happen is the framework generates the password initially, then that password is used going forward as the stable password.

This is what happens in the latest version. The password is persisted in your user secrets store.
