More suggestions for ActionContextAccessor replacements

I/ActionContextAccessor is being deprecated and the announcement mentions an alternative for getting endpoint metadata from the HttpContext (via IHttpContextAccessor) instead: aspnet/Announcements#520 (@captainsafia)

We use it in a few other ways and it's not clear how to replace these, could anyone provide any guidance please?

We inject IUrlHelper, which we build from ActionContext:

.AddScoped(sp => sp.GetRequiredService<IUrlHelperFactory>().GetUrlHelper(sp.GetRequiredService<IActionContextAccessor>().ActionContext!))

We also access ActionContext.ModelState from services. Can this be retrieved from HttpContext?
