Description

In .NET SDK 8.0.100 we added the buildprops and buildtargets templates, which are easy ways to get started with repo-level customization of builds, but never doc'd them.

In .NET SDK 9.0.200 we added the --format <sln|slnx> option to the sln item template, and in 10 we changed to default for --format to slnx.

We need to add sections and links for all of these to the existing doc.
