Platforms for .NET 10 container images

.NET 10 container images will be published for the following operating systems at launch. As new OS versions are released, they will be added according to the supported platforms policy.

.NET 10 images are currently available in preview using 10.0-preview tags. See the .NET 10 Release Notes for more information about updates in .NET 10.
