Extracted from #2326

remove references of PinNumberingScheme from device bindings
obsolete all APIs in S.D.Gpio using PinNumberingScheme (+ itself)
clean up the code and remove completely
add replacement for numbering of RPi (i.e. virtual driver / controller) to make it easier to transition
