This issue has been verified in Visual Studio 17.14.0 Preview 3.0 with MAUI versions (9.0.60, 9.0.0 & 8.0.100). It can be reproduced on Windows. |

Description
The CarouselView in the application is not dynamically updating its ItemTemplate when the user selects a different ItemTemplate.

Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
The CarouselView should dynamically update its ItemTemplate based on the selected RadioButton.
Actual Behavior
The CarouselView does not update its ItemTemplate dynamically.
