Can you comment on the expectation of this metadata:

I don't think it is right. The ones I am used to seeing are of type:

Active,Consent,Subject ID,Mediaflux,XNAT
1,2017-02-09,sub01234,mediaflux.bwh:01234,xnat:HCPEP-BWH:01234
...

Yes, in metadata.csv examples that we had been working with, didn't have the Study column.

For future, the metadata that works:

Study,Consent,Active,Subject ID
BWH,2021-07-16,1,A

Possible solutions:

• update metadata with Study column
• obtain it from {Study}_metadata.csv file name
• or from PHOENIX/GENERAL/{Study} folder name
