Upgrade NXDK for better net handling

If you don't want to maintain this repo anymore I can just fork and do it, but NXDK has had some net driver stuff done that's been super handy in improving FTP

Did some testing similar to how @Ryzee119 tested FTP for nxdk, with the changes the ftp in nevox is greatly improved and less likely to fail with multiple concurrent transfers.
