Signed build?

Can this be a signed build? On a work computer with protections applied, windows SmartScreen popup says its unknown publisher and is not letting me run this new build. There is no option to 'run anyway'.

I can still fortunately do 'run as admin' but doing that is causing the taskbar on secondary displays to show above orignal taskbar (which is hidden so that leaves a gap at the bottom)

not a good idea; a signed build would require money for it to be signed, request for your admins access for this software
