logs/sge/snakejob.{rulename}.{jobid}.log rulename var not resolved properly

Hi,

after the patch, the mem_mib, disk_mib issue has gone away (thank you :)). But I think it breaks the rulename variable resolving.

All the logs files become like:

logs/sge/snakejob.snakejob.x.log

Ah yes, there was another change in the patch I had forgotten about. I was using groups in snakemake and these generate uuids as the job name. However grid engine does support job names which start with a number. So I switched the behaviour to just use the jobname ‘snakejob’.

I’m happy to consider alternative ways of formatting if you have some ideas?
