What canonical current-pipeline catalog layout and resolution policy eliminates every active dsa110-contimg dependency while preserving fast local NVSS/VLASS queries for calibrator-tile selection and three-gate epoch QA?

Because the production-cutover map carries execution, implement the minimum chosen layout and shared lookup path under dsa110-continuum, keep the deprecated repository archive read-only, and verify exact-strip then full-catalog fallback with focused tests plus the 2026-01-25 same-checkpoint QA path. The result must eliminate the current VLASS lookup failure and NVSS ratio=nan failure without changing QA thresholds or using lenient QA.

Canonical NVSS/VLASS/VLA catalog ownership and shared resolution now use /data/dsa110-continuum/state/catalogs; NVSS has 1,773,484 rows and VLASS 3,381,277, both quick_check OK. Exact-strip→full fallback and live VLASS queries pass. The immediate strict campaign is running; this stays open until the same-checkpoint epoch QA proves the ratio/completeness path.
