Tags tab should have an ALL TAGS listing #3
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
In the tags tab, if you don't have a tag in mind to search for, it is
cumbersome to click on every alphabet to see what tags exist.
Solution
1. Provide an "ALL TAGS" option at the beginning of the list.
2. Sort the listing in descending order of popularity of tag; i.e. how many
ideas are associated with that tag.
