Clean up repository and simplify documentation

- Remove unused Bootstrap component files (23 SCSS files)
- Remove theme marketing files (builtatlightspeed.json, netlify.toml)
- Remove vendor directory with Ruby gems from version control
- Remove Bootstrap test files and dependencies
- Simplify README.md to focus on Volovyk company instead of theme documentation
- Update .gitignore to properly exclude generated files and vendor directory
- Reduce repository size while maintaining all site functionality
