Hello, I got a very naive question here. I just wondered why the picture is made of little lines instead of little dots? And many of them are either horizontal or vertical(?) Is it possible to change this?

@zhaotao1987 I have the same issue when trying to dotplot my genome alignments. Did you find a way to fix this?
