Wondering if anyone has checked out and recommends either of these books by the same author..

Imposters Handbook
Taking Off With Elixir

I know that @nelsonic has ordered the PragProg books which offer the plethoric experience of that particular author. I'm wondering if these might be a gentler intro, of course they also cost 💰 ..

Imposters Handbook reminds me of this post, 4 Semesters Of CS In 6 Hours. Now I'm rambling...
