关于主从表增加记录的一个BUG修正

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.dwz.database.js，252行：
 $tbody.find("a.btnDel").click(function(){
                    var $btnDel = $(this);

                    if ($btnDel.is("[href^=javascript:]")){
                        $btnDel.parents("tr:first").remove();
                        initSuffix($tbody);
                        return false;
                    }
其中：if ($btnDel.is("[href^=javascript:]"))
的IE8执行出错，应该更改为if ($btnDel.is("[href^='javascript:']"))
