Filter/sort by security alerts

Being able to see security alerts at a glance is one of the main purposes of Towtruck. To enable triaging of projects, it would be helpful to be able to filter and sort by the number and severity of security alerts.

For example, these may all be useful to users:

• Being able to show only projects with critical alerts
• Excluding projects with no alerts and/or only minor alerts
• Ordering projects so those with the most overall alerts are displayed first
• Ordering projects by the number of critical alerts, without filtering
