Line 23 in 778b16f

cat ${CAROOT}/rootCA.pem >> ${SIMVA_TLS_HOME}/${SIMVA_LIMESURVEY_SIMPLESAMLPHP_SP_CERT}

the install script expects to find <install-dir>/simva-infra/docker-stacks/config/tls/ca/rootCA.pem, but has never placed that file there before. This halts installation.

fix adding error message at traefik script in generating certificates 4af740c
