[BUG] Restore backup.zip file never finishes procedure #3316

Describe the bug
The process of Restoring a huge backup file, generated by eXist-db v4.1 never finished.

./bin/backup.sh -R -r ..../full20200320-0300.zip -P XXXX -ouri=xmldb:exist:///

Expected behavior
A restore should end the earlier or later.

To Reproduce
with CLI mentioned earlier, with a specific back-up ZIP file.

Context (please always complete the following information):

OS: [e.g. macOS 10.14.6] - macOS 10.15.3
eXist-db version: [e.g. 5.1.1] - 5.3-develop
Java Version [e.g. Java8u121] - java11-OpenJDK Runtime Environment Zulu11.35+15-CA (build 11.0.5+10-LTS)

Any custom changes in e.g. conf.xml? - no
