New release checklist

Each new release should be checked against the following workflow.

• Update CHANGELOG.md with the same changes
• Assure the release branch is working
• Update the toml file with release versions of EasyScience dependencies
• Merge develop into the release branch
• Make a PR for release branch -> develop merge, with NO SQUASH strategy (all commit info preserved)
• Assure the easyscience pypi repo is updated and the wheel works
• Make a PR for develop -> master merge, with SQUASH strategy (single commit)
• Draft release on GH: check the release notes
• Test the release on all platforms
• Assure the name of this draft release from the master branch is automatically set (it should)
• Publish the release on GH. The tag should be added automatically. Assure this is the case
