List of features and their importance to guide the development of software for Bifrost.

Much of this is also relevant for Cspec, but we have not discussed it yet.

Importance - 1: least important -> 5: critical importance
5 - Minimal requirements for first science
3 - Gives us an edge over competing software solutions
1 - A nice to have at some point
Urgency - 1: Not urgent -> 5: critical urgency
5 - Must be ready well before day 1
3 - First draft should be ready by day 1
