Bug: Agent-config deployment messes up the agent

If you create an agent and then modify the description the agent-config kind, then it messes up the agent.
The ip address changes (as shown in iofogctl get all) and the delete agent throws an error.
Modifying the config via the microservices agent section works fine!!!
