Performance measurement of OpenBSW w.r.t. FreeRTOS vs Threadx

Hello,

I'm interested in understanding the performance characteristics of OpenBSW when used with different RTOSes. Have any performance measurements or benchmarks been conducted comparing OpenBSW's performance with FreeRTOS versus ThreadX?(especially KPIs like throughput, latency, cpu load/utilization)

If such data is available, could you please share it or point me to its location? Understanding the performance trade-offs between these RTOSes would be very helpful.

There are already some interesting reports between Zephyr, ThreadX, and FreeRTOS. You can refer to:

Though the benchmarks may be run on different HW platforms than those required by OpenBSW, they can be used as references.

We have already done that benchmarking w.r.t. freertos, zephyr, threadx and nuttx performances. But currently the focus is on measuring openbsw performance when running with freertos and threadx not on RTOS performance. It would be really helpful if I can get the information for this.

OK, please list some benchmarks that you would like to deploy or to see on OpenBSW. Could "how many CAN frames can it handle in a period of time?" be a candidate?
